What we collect
What you type into the form: name, mobile number, postcode, suburb, whether you own the home, your quarterly power bill range and whether you are interested in solar, a battery or both. We also keep basic technical details such as the page you came from and the time.
Power bill uploads
If you upload a power bill on our bill check page, it is read automatically to estimate a solar and battery size. We do not keep your account number or NMI. The bill file is deleted as soon as it has been read. If the reading fails, the file is deleted within 7 days.
Why we collect it
To work out which solar and battery options may suit your home and to contact you about them.
Who we share it with
We pass your details to our installer partner, Industry Solar (Upper Coomera QLD), a licensed local installer. They contact you and, if you want, quote and install. They look after your details under their own privacy policy. We do not sell your details to anyone else.
How to opt out
Tell us at any time at [CONFIRM contact email and phone], or say "stop" when we call, and we will stop contacting you and ask Industry Solar to do the same. You can also ask to see or delete the details we hold about you.
